A dedicated team of qualified professionals and research analysts work to understand market dynamics and accordingly work on product enhancements. The R&D personnel are highly qualified with doctorates and Ph.Ds in their own field and include specialists in the material/mechanical/electrical segments. More than 1/4th of our turnover is spent on new product development and research every year.
